Terms of Service

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Subscription pricing: After your trial, you may subscribe at $99/month per location (standard rate) or $49/month per location (founding member rate, if applicable). Founding member pricing is locked for the lifetime of your subscription.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refund guarantee: If you do not see an increase in your Google reviews during your first 30 days of paid service, contact us for a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your first payment.

Free tier: If you choose not to subscribe after your trial, your account will be downgraded to our free tier, which includes basic review monitoring only. AI responses and the review collector chatbot will be paused.

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Create, solicit, or publish fake or misleading reviews
• Engage in review gating (selectively preventing customers from leaving public reviews) in violation of FTC guidelines
• Harass, defame, or violate the rights of any third party
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service (including Google's Terms of Service)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any purpose other than managing your business's online reputation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Our property: The Arck platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without our written permission.

Your content: You retain ownership of your review data, business information, and any content you provide through our Service. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely to operate and improve our Service on your behalf.

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate review responses on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses are created based on your review data and preferences, but may not always perfectly reflect your intended tone or meaning
• You are ultimately responsible for all content published under your Google Business Profile, whether AI-generated or manually written
• If you choose "approval mode," you should review AI-drafted responses before they are published
• If you choose "autopilot mode," AI responses will be published automatically, and you accept responsibility for that content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By you: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time by emailing us or using the cancellation option in your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or our platform.

Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, unless required by law to retain it.
